Because of the small scale of Glovesmith's operation they are
able to add details they just couldn’t before. Variable
Split Shells, Seamless Leather Palm Pads, and Step-Laced Fingers
all combine to increase the complexity and cost of the
production but together make for a wonderful glove.
Lace-Free Linings may create
more labor but Glovesmith recognizes
the value. The Custom Made in USA Series have become
"Pro Issue Gloves". They don't pay professionals to use
gloves but if they did these are what they would be getting.
Hand constructing ball gloves is truly a romantic endeavor once
again. |
